Genesys Service Level Agreement

Genesys will maintain a business continuity plan for enterprises to ensure continuity of ongoing monitoring and support services in the event of an incident affecting the enterprise environment. 4.2. No tacit certificate shall be granted under this Agreement. The customer does not have any rights to or to the services, except as expressly provided in a service contract. (a) modify or produce derivative works, functionally equivalent works or translations of the Services or other materials provided under it, (b) re-construct the Services or take any action that jeopardizes Genesys` rights or the rights of its licensors and service providers in the Materials, including the Services, made available to the customer under this agreement; (c) access the Services in order to develop a competitive product or service or to help others compete with Genesys; or (d) use the Services in a manner contrary to any law.
